Nice analysis. It's important that we dismantle the idea that Trump is some kind of antiwar actor. He is thoroughly American-exceptionalist and Zionist and is likely to be pulled into war on Iran by the warmongering characters he's surrounding himself with. Especially now that the defeat of Syria has inflated their sense of omnipotence and impniity even further.

Sure, the one president who didn’t start a war, and somehow, you claim he’s pro-war. The mental gymnastics you people perform to twist logic is truly astonishing.

He initiated the arming of Ukraine with offensive weapons; he launched a missile attack on Syria; irrespective of any constitutional authority, he left the US army in occupation of a third of that country to steal the oil and resources and maintain a military presence in order not to end but keep simmering the regime change war that Obama-Turkey-Israel-Gulf started, which has just come to a final boil,; he assassinated an Iranian and an Iraqi general on a peace mission he had sanctioned; he's a blatant American exceptionalist who never stops threatening to show how tough he and the US are; he especially shares and proclaims the neocon deep-state position that (irrespective of any constitutional authority or international legality) the U.S. must go to war on Iran to prevent it from getting a nuclear weapon, and he is a proudly self-proclaimed servant of the Adelsons and their militant zionsit agenda, which means constant war. To be sure, he's also inconsistent and unpredictable: he called off, with ten minutes to go, the attack on Iran he had ordered., which is why some mistrust him. But he and all the people he is populating his administration with are committed--fanatically committed, I would say--to American imperialism and zionism, and, like every other duopoly president, he will , irrespective of any constitutional authority, bring the U.S. into any war necessary to support those projects. Anyone who thinks otherwise is engaged in wishful-thinking mental gymnastics.

Israel is one of multiple forces that influence US foreign policy in the Middle East. The others are Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the Arms Industry, the Fossil Fuel Industry and the Christian Right.

And all of them want a war with Iran for different reasons.

This is a one-sided article filled with factual inaccuracies and completely lacking in balance or perspective. It fails to provide a fair representation of the other side of the story, instead pushing a biased narrative that distorts the truth. If you’re going to address such a complex issue, at least strive for accuracy and include viewpoints that challenge your stance. Ignoring the nuances only undermines your argument and credibility.

Here’s the other side of what’s really happening and the correct approach the world should be taking to address it effectively and fairly. Without acknowledging the full context and the complexities involved, any solution will fall short of achieving lasting peace and justice. You cannot allow societies, in the name of religion, to continue killing innocent people. No belief system should ever be an excuse for violence or justify the loss of innocent lives. It’s the responsibility of the global community to hold such societies accountable and ensure that human rights and the sanctity of life are upheld above all else.

If the societies in question cannot or will not reform the extremist elements within Islam that perpetuate violence, then the world has a responsibility to step in and address the issue. This doesn’t mean attacking the religion as a whole—it means confronting and dismantling the radical ideologies and leadership structures that use religion as a justification for terror, oppression, and violence. Reform must ultimately come from within, but if those in power refuse to allow it, then external pressure may be the only way to create the conditions for change.

First off, it’s not a war—Iran isn’t remotely close to the U.S. in military power. It would involve precision airstrikes to neutralize their nuclear capabilities and key military assets. Second, the U.S. cannot allow Iran to develop a nuclear arsenal, which they are clearly striving for. Third, nothing Netanyahu has said about Iran is wrong. When the leadership of a country that has funded and supported the majority of global terrorism over the last 30–40 years openly declares its desire to wipe Israel off the map, it’s not just rhetoric—it’s a direct threat. Taking action to eliminate those fascist terrorists in power and liberate the Iranian people from their oppressive regime would be both strategic and justifiable.

Visit Iran and Israel, and then tell me which nation truly celebrates the values of freedom, democracy, and a society where people can live and thrive. In Israel, you’ll find a nation that embraces diversity, freedom of speech, and equal rights for all its citizens, including women, minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community. Meanwhile, Iran, under its current regime, suppresses dissent, curtails basic freedoms, and enforces policies that are the antithesis of Western ideals. The contrast couldn’t be clearer—one country fosters opportunity and innovation, while the other perpetuates repression and authoritarian control.

But go ahead and support dictators and fascist authoritarians while criticizing the one nation in the Middle East with a vibrant, diverse culture and people who simply want to live in peace. Israel’s only goal is to defend itself from radical Islamist fundamentalists who openly call for the elimination of every last Jew on the planet. If you’re calling Israel the bad guys in this equation, you’re not just ignoring history—you’re aligning yourself with regimes and ideologies that suppress freedom, oppress their own people, and export terror across the globe.

Arabs and Persians have had decades to address the extremism within their own nations and rid themselves of those who advocate for jihad and the elimination of Israel. If they continue to ignore the issue and kick the can down the road, then it's time for the world to step in and handle it on their behalf. Islam, at its core, is in desperate need of reform to align with modern values of peace and coexistence.

October 6th was the final straw

—a wake-up call that the world can no longer afford to turn a blind eye. We must see this through to the end and eliminate any leadership or regimes that actively promote the belief that Jews should die or that Israel should be destroyed. The stakes are too high for inaction; it's time to ensure the safety and stability of future generations by confronting and dismantling these ideologies once and for all.

Your screed is no more balanced than the one you object to and is utterly fantastical.

The U.S., through the machinations of the neocons have been fighting on behalf of Israel for over 2 decades. We have lost thousands of war fighters, tens of thousands injured both physically & mentally and have destroyed the Middle East. These “wars” have killed hundreds of thousands and created a wave of migration that has undermined the societies of Europe and the U.S. These fiascos have also cost the U.S. taxpayers trillions in debt.

Netanyahu is a pathological liar who in the course of his career facilitated the theft of nuclear technology from the U.S. He was also the man who on the evening of 9/11 spoke on U.S. television of how the attack that day was “a good thing” before correcting himself.

Trump was elected by 77M citizens to keep the U.S. out of any more conflicts not in OUR NATIONAL INTEREST and if he fails to do so he will go down in history as a bigger failure than Joe Biden.

I suggest that you apply your first paragraph to yourself. Then read 'The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine' and 'The Biggest Prison On Earth' by Ilan Pappé, 'The Invention of the Jewish People' and 'The Invention of the Land of Israel' by Shlomo Sand, and 'Yahweh to Zion: Jealous God, Chosen People, Promised Land...Clash of Civilizations' by Laurent Guyénot.

Benjamin Netanyahu (Mileikowsky) represents the extremist elements in Israel and in Judaism. He has referred to Palestinians in particular and Arabs in general as "animals' and as "amalek". The Talmud also refers to non-Jews as animals who lack souls and whose only purpose is to serve Jews. In the view of those extremist elements in Israel and in Judaism, this gives the Jews the right to kill anyone who stands in their way. This extremist element within Judaism has gone by many names, including Zionist, Bolshevik, Straussian and Neo-Con. There is a fair amount of evidence that this element... this criminal cabal... not only led the Bolshevik revolution, but also instigated two world wars, participated in the assassination of a US president and his brother, and was a major player in 9/11 in order to get the American public to support wars in the Middle East that have only benefitted Israel.

It also needs to be pointed out that there is evidence those extremist elements that you refer to... the headchoppers, if you will... have been financed by the Mossad, the CIA and MI6 for the purpose of creating chaos in the Middle East. One could even argue that there were no "headchoppers" until Jewish extremists from Eastern Europe founded the state of Israel and began the ethnic cleansing of the native population with the Nakba.

All things considered, methinks the world would be a better place if we controlled those extremist elements in Israel and Judaism.

Israel is Trump's weak side. Same as so many US Presidents. In fact, the same way Hamas took 150 hostages, Israel has 300 million American hostages. US administration is managed by a foreign country and has been for a long time.

Will be interesting to see how he deals with it....

1. Secretary of Defence;

2. Ambassador to the UN;

3. Ambassador to Israel; and

The answer is a resounding YES. It is a DONE DEAL.

It's a matter of when. Not if.

My estimate is that it will be well before the next midterms. Quite likely as early as next year.

The US war machine has wanted to got to war with Iran for decades. Trump, nor any US president, has any real power to go to war willy nilly. They almost universally just do what they are told in security briefings. Going off that script has consequences.

Soviet Union was wiped off the map. Eliminating the Zionist state does not mean killing Jews but instituting a state that conforms to international law where Jews, Christians and Muslims can live peacefully. I’m so tired of hearing it’s about Jew hatred. Palestinians would react the same regardless of religion or ethnicity of their oppressors. Israel is a racist, apartheid, settler colonial state committing genocide and needs to be dismantled as was South Africa.

Iran is as weak as they have been in a long time; and their ability to strike the USA is non existent. Bibi always lies when he’s selling war, it’s always for Israel’s good (as defined by his movement) with repercussions for USA be damned.

Trump has been great in not getting us into new wars in the past, he will be dead to me if he green lights USA military action inside Iran. It would be a way to destroy his administration’s chance to be great right out of the gate.
