What’s the point discussing why Democrats lost if few days ago you (justly) write “No Matter Who Wins This Election, The Establishment Remains”? If your Nov 5th article is on point (which it is) then surely both the Republicans and the Democrats are fraudulent bodies parasitizing on Americans. As such they both constitute a criminal and treasonous “political” apparatus which isn’t really fit for purpose as it isn't political at all.
I suppose one can get into some analysis of why under existing corrupt and fraudulent system one side just "lost" and another "won", but is it not taking part in something you anyway place very little value or trust anyway?
As I’m not an American this is not really my business if it weren’t for the fact that American system is deeply involved internationally in war crimes the world over. But even without this, simply because of misleading the American people, the entire ruling class, or at the very least the top 5,000 of these criminals should be sitting in jail.,,, but In America the wrong people are in jail. You could say that this is correct for many other places too but America is supposed to be a "constitutional democracy" with solid institutions and the rule of law… For how long...?
For me (as an outsider) America can only be thought of as pillar of empire. Of its internal social dynamics, I know as a second-hand impression only. Despite this role one can imagine that. internally, America was about certain standard or some acceptable "fabric" on top of which civility and normality will be maintained and developed into "American" healthy(-ish) social norms/reality. If you look, for example, at a film like Falling Down (1993) the cracks in this facade were only too easy to see.
But still, the question of "normality" of life in America - could have been ignored (delayed) by a lot of people. Today the feeling all this has gone too far is becoming more widespread… whether it was as bad 30 years ago (in absolute terms) than it is now - I'm not qualified to say, but I suspect, in comparison, people are thinking things have deteriorated and life is becoming something removed from what we would have wanted or agreed to if we had a choice in the matter (and this is true not only for America).
One helpful change would be having a national press that did their job instead of being run out of CIA and FBI headquarters. The same places are social media algorithms, de amplifications, and censorship all come from. I wrote a very interesting note about why the deep state can’t control Trump. You’d think I’d get a little bit of interaction out of that one don’t you think? but interestingly enough like most of my notes nobody seems to ever see them. but if I’m an 89-year-old grandma from Dearborn, who doesn’t write any articles for Substack I can get hundreds of interactions for a note that doesn’t really say much.
They’ve planned this carefully and slowly over the last 4 decades. Now it appears to come to fruition. However?, it seems they’ve grown so very confident in their ability to succeed;
they fail to see where they’ve failed: and where they will continue to fail. That will lead to their proverbial “house of cards” being swept away with the next crises that will inevitably arise.
It’s painful process for us, but it will be fascinating to watch as they watch powerlessly as their 3-Mile Island and Chernobyl melts down:
Everything that is balancing precariously that the moderates and repubs (& RHINOS) think is somehow going to be magically "handled" by executive order and rhetoric under the Trump "leadership" is going too fast in the wrong direction for the momentum already present to be diminished. At best, a temporary delay and a still near term implosion of the entire system upon which the fragile remnants of this once Constitutional Republic rests seems inevitable. There are too many globalists already in the ranks, too many whose interests lie not in the preservation of a representative government and rule by law, but instead with reserving for themselves (at least in theory) a }place at the table" with the "big boys" once the dust of a worldwide "reset" falls and settles and the landscape permanently inexorably transformed into somthing completely unrecognizable -- with "liberty" and "freedom" a mere delusion that continues as part of perceived genuine but in reality virtual reality imposed upon the perceptions of those not culled but enslaved in the biodigital panopticon that emerges from the smoke of the final vestiges of decency, law, order and mutual respect and deference to doing the right thing versus taking what you can at whatever cost. That we have for so long contented ourselves with surrendering our responsibility and participation in the affairs of our lives, preferring to simply cast a vote to a person or persons whom we expect to make things better for us (at no cost to us) is a testimony to what has truly been lost and now is too late for recovery and a restoration, IMO. The only (still tarnished, but not yet eradicated) hope is in the spiritual kingdom that is intact and robust and claims on us that which we do not deserve but are offered freely by grace and through the One who paid the price for our inclusion.
Yes the article started out well and really fizzled with the anti trump rhetoric. The broad based coalition of freedom lovers that voted for him will make sure that this country gets turned around. For starters, Hamas signaled its interest in peace terms less than 24 hrs after Trumps victory. ✌️
agree...I thought it was well done until I got to the anti Trump material at the end. I just do not see this happening as outlined...there is too much on the line and DT knows it.
Thank you, I don’t agree with everything you said, but there should be no role for Mike Pompeo in this administration. If they make one for him, it is a very bad sign. If Trump commutes Ross, pardons Assange, drops charges against Snowden and releases the full JFK files and lets the chips fall on the govt coverup, these would be good signs of something different in governing this time around.
Good points, especially the end where you say Trump will not be a saviour. I think reality will become increasingly a constraint so makjng up stories is less workable as a strategy. The physical world comes knocking at the door when the rules based order of coercing tribute to the US empire is ineffective. Historically most empires are unable to reverse decline once it starts. Russia has revived itself 35 years later after shedding the yoke of a system based on narrative instead of reality. China has had many ups and downs. For the US to reverse course, they need to "snap back to reality" as Eminem says.
Dems will run from this truth like a scalded monkey into even greater irrelevance.
Yep.
I couldn't have said it better myself. You hit all the key points including codifying Roe. Well written!
In a nutshell the Democrats listened to everyone except the people who were voting. A meet and greet in any state would have bought that home .
💯🔥Summation on the dumpster fire called The Democrats! 👊🏼
Concisely covers the main points. Thanks.
if you can't see how much better the first Trump adm. was than Buyden/Harris then you don't have much of a grasp of reality
Agree. 👍

We've been an outright oligarchy for decades, mate. If we were an representative democracy, all of our politicians wouldn't be multimillionaires.

Falling Down should be watched by any non-American trying to understand Americans. It’s a great, accurate movie.
Fighting misinformation and disinformation by using disinformation and misinformation doesn't exactly work like fighting fire with fire.
Meet the new boss same as the old boss-Who's Next

But for the obligatory and superfluous anti Trump rhetoric, this would have been a great analysis.

Yes! Thank you… and so it is… 🙏♾️
