Well put, and as you note, it's not just Trump: Duopoly Nat-Sec Nutsacks™ have been going along with Jolani's rebranding since the start.

The new Syrian President, Ahmad al-Sharaa (formerly al-Jolani) is probably not even a Syrian. Some reports say he is a Saudi. He looks like a Saudi to me.

Ahmad al-Sharaa, has been the CIA’s chosen survivor of a targeted assassination program in Idlib province for the last few years. That is because he has been a CIA operative ever since he was imprisoned in Iraq during the insurgency 20 years ago. There have been many small targeted mysterious air strikes by the US in Idlib over the years to take out specific rebel leaders.

The new ecent targeted assassinations, the 4th in one month, are nothing new. Any fellow jihadists leader that knows that al-Jolani is a CIA agent is being targeted. The CIA killed four more jihadis in Idlib in the last Month as reported by (see link)… https://news.antiwar.com/2025/03/02/us-reports-drone-strike-in-syrias-idlib-killed-senior-al-qaeda-leader/

Just last August the US killed Abu-Abd al-Rahman al-Makki, who was described as a “senior leader” of Hurras al-Din. (see link)… http://Antiwar.com

It is not hard to figure this out. Just ask yourself, why wasn’t al-Jolani targeted all of these years? Would the US really invest $ billions to bring to power in Syria someone that they were not sure of?

Ahmad al-Sharaa had been groomed and selected all of these years by the CIA, with all of his competition eliminated with these air strikes in Idlib. Al-Qaeda has been totally co-opted by the CIA for many years. Any local leader of competing groups to HTS in Idlib that might have gotten suspicious to this CIA selection process were themselves eliminated, all in the same manner.

So when Jake Sullivan told Hillary Clinton in an email back in 2013, 'al-Qaeda is on our side', this is what he was talking about.

He is an infamous head chopper. Since ISIS was created, financed and armed by the U.S. and Israel( do a Yandex image search you will see photos of John McClain and the ISIS leader with their arms around each other) the U.S. will not abandon their baby- ISIS. That is the reason Trump ordered the murder of revolutionary and ISIS killer Quassem Soliemeni who was loved worldwide. He almost single-handedly got rid of ISIS and the U.S. military under Clinton worked with him to kill ISIS!!!

This was all for how to pretend to the U.S. citizens we are getting rid of ISIS. We had to to hide the fact we created them.

Schizophrenia if ever there was any. Meanwhile Al-Assad- a gentle and loved medical eye surgeon who used to work in the British military, was sanctioned and thrown out.

The Mujadeen was responsible whom Israel is financing and giving the orders. Mujadeen used to be highly regarded in the Muslim world for providing first aid, food etc for the poverty stricken but now they are sleeping with the devil.

I believe that Trump is stringing people like this current Syrian leader along to manage him. My guess is that Trump will want him removed soon enough as part of the peace process Inshallah!!

I think Trump does not want to do more regime change and sees Jolani as kind of "caretaker of the moment" while Trump is aiming for "peace and prosperity " deals elsewhere. Personally I don't think Jolani will make it in the long run because Syria has a mosaic culture in its bedrock made up of multiple peoples and faiths. Plus he's an agent of the Turks

"Glass compared the sectarian massacres by the new Syrian regime to Israel’s genocidal conduct in Gaza." Israel prosecutes soldiers who commit real war crimes. Palestinians and their apologists celebrate them.

You just might consider adding Cuba to your regime change target list.
