The US and the UK wanted this war. They did everything to provoke. And the Liberal Order has been doing everything to make sure it can't be solved, from the start right up to the present. Too many actors - Zelenskiy and his Government, France, Germany and the UK, Eastern Europe, much of the Political Establishment, the foreign policy establishment - all prefer war in perpetuity to a peace that is anyway on Russia's terms. None of the above give two shits about all the poor Ukrainians being forced to die in an unwinnable war that only serves to make their country lose more lives and more land.
Beyond the moral outrage of dead Ukrainians and Russians lies this simple fact: the West failed. NATO has been defeated. Russia is stronger than it has been in decades.
Its great to see more confirmation of the fact that the West, specifically the US, aggressively blocked any and all peace agreements between Ukraine and Russia. For this entire century the US has proven it's foreign policy has been on a ideological rampage against any country resisting its capitalistic hegemony. Capitalism is not synonymous with democracy, in fact it arguably results in the opposite.
Capitalism, in and of itself, is actually a good thing, with the invisible hand of the free market and all. What we have instead is the corrupt version of that: crony/predatory capitalism, sadly.

Created by the British Ministry of Defense Project "Alchemy" of UK Lieutenant General Charlie Stickland already in February-March 2022 developed operations on: undermining the Kerch Bridge, sabotage in Crimea, attacks on the Black Sea Fleet, high-profile propaganda provocations, sanctions, international tribunals, "grain deal", cyberattacks.
Now British officials are driven by fear - they are afraid that after Ukraine loses at the new "Nuremberg", Zelensky will mention the names of all British officials, military commanders and intelligence officers involved.
I do not believe in capital punishment only because these ‘war criminals’ should be put in Jail for the rest of their lives. It’s too easy to kill someone.
